The Puma x Roblox event is a collaboration between the sportswear brand Puma and the online gaming platform Roblox. It offers Puma a chance to engage a younger audience passionate about video games while providing an interactive and immersive experience for Roblox users.
The provided experience allows Roblox players to immerse themselves in the Puma universe by accessing sport-based mini-games and training sessions in weightlifting or athletics, developed in partnership with the game development studio, Wonder Works. These mini-games are designed to emulate the experience of Puma's athlete partners, enabling the brand to reinforce its branding and positioning in the sports domain.
Additionally, Roblox's clothing overlay technology lets players customize their avatars with hyper-realistic Puma gear. This enhances Puma's brand visibility and product awareness among Roblox users. To unlock the Puma Essentials Cap, we must complete a quick tutorial. Upon joining the experience for the first time, an NPC should approach you and begin explaining what Puma and the Land of Games is and how the experience works.
After a few seconds of dialogue, the first NPC will take you into the Contractor Services building to meet the next NPC, Contractor Wilson. After a bit more dialogue, Contractor Wilson will present you with a PUMA athlete contract to sign. Select the green button that says Click to sign to sign this contract.
Once you've signed the contract and listened to the rest of Contractor Wilson's dialogue, the Puma Essentials Cap badge should appear in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Upon earning this bade, you will have unlocked the corresponding Puma Essentials Cap avatar item!
All four of the UGC jerseys are earned the same way—by playing the Ball Rush minigame. To play this minigame, look for the green jump pad labeled "MINIGAMES UP HERE!"
Standing on this jump pad will take you to the Ball Rush minigame's entrance. To join the minigame queue, step into the pod and wait for it to close.
Once inside the minigame, a countdown will begin and a large soccer ball will appear. Walk or run into this soccer ball to "kick" it where you want it to go. As mentioned above, you'll unlock all four jerseys after scoring three goals and winning three matches.
